2×20 2x24kg Kettlebells Squat followed by Bodyweight Jump Squat
Then:
4x (15sec Work/15sec Rest) Hammer Work
Then:
2×10 Barbell High-pull from Floor
Then:
4x (15sec Work/15sec Rest) Rope Undulation
Then:
Cool down and recover
