10x 32kg Kettlebell Push Press+
10x Undergrip Inverted Rows +
10x Close Grip Press-ups
2 sets in total
Then to finish with
5x Burpees
5x Kettlebell Swings
5x Burpees
5x Kettlebell Swings

That concludes 100 Rep Challenge. Do something every day. Does not have to be long but it has to intense enough to get you out of breath and which leaves you with a feeling of I feel great… Correction. I feel Frigging AWESOME.
