1x Up-hill Bear Crawl (incline approx. 45 degrees, distance approx. 50m) +
20x Suspended Row + Plank (at the top)
10 rounds
Rest phase will be walking down or jog down
Then:
1 mile run
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
Hill Sprints at Roundhay Park Leeds
