Then:
10x 60 seconds Double KB Jerks
10x 60 seconds Double Rack Squats
Rest 30 seconds in between sets
Then:
20x Renegade Rows (10 each arm) +
110 meters KB Farmers Walk +
110 meters Sprint +
110 meters Jog to Recover
Compete 5 rounds in total
Then:
10x Get-ups
5x Half TGU
3x Turkish Get Ups
60 seconds Plank Hold
3 rounds in total
Then:
Cool down
