Timed Movement Ladder Circuit?
The simple way to explain this method of circuit is for every set/round you complete you add another movement. This is a great way to keep the circuits interesting and you are going to shed those love handles with great ease.
So here is the RawFit Timed Movement Ladder Circuit.
Round 1
Kettlebell Snatch 30 sec work
Rest 30 sec
Round 2
Kettlebell Snatch 30 sec +
Push up 30 sec
Rest 30 sec
Round 3
Kettlebell Snatch 30 sec +
Push up 30 sec +
Kettlebell double handed swing 30 sec
Rest 30 sec
Round 4
Kettlebell Snatch 30 sec +
Push up 30 sec +
Kettlebell double handed swing 30 sec +
Goblet Squat 30 sec
Rest 30 sec
Round 5
Kettlebell Snatch 30 sec +
Push up 30 sec +
Kettlebell double handed swing 30 sec +
Kettlebell Goblet Squat 30 sec +
Burpees 30 sec
Rest 30 sec
It doesn’t stop there. Go back to the beginning and start all over. Complete a total of 30 minutes. If you need rest while exercise then do take them.
