Dynamic Warmup
Then:
666 BB Complex
Bent Over Rows +
Cleans +
Front Squats +
Overhead Press (military or push press) +
Good Mornings +
Back Squats
6 exercises, 6 rounds, 6 reps. Followed by 60seconds rest between rounds. Stick with the same weight through each round.
Then:
3×10 Pull-ups
3×15 Elevated legs Sit-ups
Then:
20 minutes Jog/Run
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
