Kettlebell swing with Resistance Power Bands +
Rack Squat +
Push-Press +
Overhead Lunges
6 rounds 60 seconds per exercise rest 60 seconds
Then:
3 rounds of 60 seconds
Planks
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
