30secs Double Handed Swings
60seconds Crunches +
30secs Rest
Complete 2 rounds in total
2nd round change the Snatch to a Jerk.
Then:
3×10 Renegade Rows
3×5 Half Get-ups
Then;
Cool down and Stretch
