KB Overhead Squats
KB Snatch
Then:
60 seconds Crab Walk +
30 seconds rest +
60 seconds Bear Crawl +
30 seconds rest +
60 seconds Frog Jumps +
30 seconds rest +
60 seconds Chimpanzee Walk +
30 seconds rest +
60 seconds Chicken Walk +
30 seconds rest +
60 seconds Seal Crawl

Then:
Stretch out and go home…
