Workout:
5×5 Deadlifts
Work up-to heavy Deadlift
Then:
666 Barbell Complex
High Pulls
Hang Clean
Front Squats
Push Press
OHS
Bent-Over Row (HIT)
6 exercises 6 sets 6 reps
Increase the weight each set or every other set
Then:
5×5 Pull-up
5×5 L-ups
Then:
Cool down
