2×10 Parallettes L-hold to Hand Stand
2×10 Hanging Straight Legged Windshield wipers (10 each side)
2×10 Hanging Bent Leg Windshield wipers (10 each side)
Then:
15 minutes Skipping
Then:
Cool down
