Happy New Year from everyone at Rawfit to the entire tribe. Thank you for your support in 2012 and lets make 2013 just as awesome as the last year.
What’s 2013 got installed for us, well much the same really. Lots of Pressing, Pulling, Pushing, Throwing, Jumping, Punching, Kicking, Lockdowns, Lockouts, Rolling, Swinging, Sprinting and of course not forgetting all the burpees & all the bodweight shenanigans.
Why change a habit of a life time? There is no getting away from hard work. The challenge for doing our best at all times still remains. Each training session bring on your best and get the best out of each session. Every other moment in your life be mindful of all your action, from what we eat to what we say and think.
And now for the challenge, as it has been the tradition for the past few years; Press-ups 100 reps for time. Post your time in the comment section below or make a note of it somewhere and compare it with your previous year or next year if this is the first year you do this.
