60 seconds Halo alternate sides +
2 minutes rest
Total of 4 rounds
Then:
5x Turkish Get each Side
10x Windmills
50x Russian Twists
Then:
Sun Salutation with a twist:
Forward Bend – Downward Facing Dog – Hindu Push up – Rollover to Extended Wrestlers Bridge – Rollover to Downward Facing Dog – Lunge to stretch Hip Flexors – Standing
Repeat for 5 minutes
