I generally train outdoors. After my morning walk with my puppy this morning and getting back home without any feeling to my finger tips and toes to add my nuts as well, I decided on training indoors. The space available to me was half a sq. mt. Equipment available to me weighted vest and a free standing pull-up and dip station. So here is something simple I put together.

Light Mobility Warm-up

Then:

10x Dip

3x Negative Chin-ups

20x Ass to Carpet Squats

3 rounds wearing the 30kg weighted vest

Then:

50x Judo Push-ups (no vest)

Then:

Cool down and chill

Got to leave some reserves in the tank for this evening’s sprint session.
