2×10 Deadlift x 50kg
2×5 Deadlift x 70kg
2×5 Snatch Grip Deadlift x 70kg
Then:
Deadlift
3×3 x 100kg
5×2 x 110kg
4×1 x 120kg
Then:
Front Squat x 50kg +
Ring Dip
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of each
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
