Dynamic Warm-up
Then:
5x Renegade Rows +
5x Press-ups +
5x Thrusters +
5x Deadlift +
5x Cleans +
5x Jerks
5x Manmakers (which is one rep of each of the above exercises)
Complete 3 Rounds Rest 2/3 minutes between each round
Then:
Finish with – Heavy KB Farmer Walk 5x50m Rest 1min between each round
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
