kettlebell
Then:
Kettlebell Juggling +
Ring Pull-ups +
Body-weight Squats
3 rounds 60 seconds per round
Then:
20 x Ring Rows +
20 x Ring Press-ups +
50 meter Sled or Partner Backward drag & 50 meter Sprint
3 rounds
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
Insane Russian Military routine.
