Dynamic Warm up
Then:
5x 3 reps of Hang Snatch @moderate heavy weight
5x 2 reps of Hang Snatch @moderate heavy weight
3x 1 rep of Hang Snatch @heavy weight
Then:
5x 5 reps of Overhead Squats @
Then:
2x 15 reps of L Chin Ups
Then:
Cool down
