Burpees Bastards
Then rest 30 seconds and swap
Then:
10 minutes Ab Blasts: 10 exercises 10 reps = 100 reps
Crunches
Right side Oblique Crunches
Left side Oblique Crunches
Double crunch – knees bent
Pike-ups
Short Leg Lifts
Reverse Crunches
Ab Hip Rocks (Cobblers Position)
Bicycle crunches
Full Sit-ups
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
