30 seconds Kettlebell Halo +
45 seconds Bastard Burpees +
1.5 minutes Kettlebell Jerks (change hands after your desired reps) +
2 minutes Burps or Mountain Climbers +
2.5 minutes Over Head Squats +
3 minutes Kettlebell Swings
Rest 2 minutes
Complete total of 4 rounds
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
