Up-downs +
Over Head Squats +
Yoga Dolphin Pose/Elbow Pike Press-ups +
Single legged Squats +
T- Pushups
6 rounds 1 minute per exercise with 1 minute rest in between each round
3 minutes Plank
Cooldown and Stretch
