Then: 5×3 OHS at 80% Max
8×3 Accelerating Koji Front Squats
Rest 1 minute between sets
4×10 Single Leg Step-up (10 each leg – without any help from the trailing leg)
4×30 Box Jumps
Cool down and Stretch
