1×3 @ 70% 1RM
1×3 @ 80% 1RM
1×3 @ 50% 1RM
Then:
5 min Box Jump @ bench press level
Rest 1 minute
5 min Box Jump @ as above
Rest 1 minute
5 minute Box Jump @ as above
Then:
Cool Down
