Then:
Press-up +
Renegade Row +
Burpees +
Swings +
Cleans +
Squat +
Push Press +
Snatch
3 rounds – 10 minutes per round – Rest 2 minutes between rounds
Then:
3x TGU
3 rounds
Then:
Cool down and stretch
