Long terms success comes from hard training, focus and the will to keep moving forward. Let me tell you something for nothing, none of it is easy and it never will get easy. What keeps me moving forward may not the be the same as what makes you get out of and bed and motivate yourself to get things done. You just have to find your way. There is no right and wrong in my opinion. Its all a trail and error. As long as you are not hurting others you are doing no wrong (just had to make that clear).

People always tell me that I make some of the exercises that I show them look easy and my reply always is cause I have been doing this a long while. Since I was 8 and I am not 38. I myself look at others and I’m in awe when I see how easy and effortless they make something that they have practiced for a long while, things like Muscle-ups and Handstands. But I will not insult them by thinking that I can achieve their skill levels in a few weeks or even few months. If I truly want to learn something I just got to keep practicing with, not end in site. Why no end in site? ‘Cause it is a continuous thing and forever evolving.

There is a saying, “Identity is never static. Always in the making and never made.”

That is what my health and fitness means to me. Its much like a sculpture slowly chipping away at the wood and letting it evolve itself into something great (and this is not necessarily the body perfection). It may not happen the first time round but with practice it will. And when it does you just to get keep moving forward and continue.

All this is much like the practice of the Creation and Destruction of the MADALA.

If you get the Creation and Destruction of the Mandala then you are on the middle way.

Stay strong and keep up with your daily practice.
