Dynamic Warm-up
Then:
P1: 2 minutes 20x Double Swings – 20x Single Arm Swings – 20x Alternate Swings
P2: 2 minutes 10x Press-ups – 10x Jump Squats – 10x High Knees
2 minutes Rest
Complete 3 rounds in total
Then:
P1: 2 minutes 5x Cleans – 5x Jerks – 5x Snatch
P2: 2 minutes 5x Iranian Twisting Press-ups – 5x Dive Bombers – 5x Spiderman Press-ups
2 minutes rest
Complete 3 rounds
Then:
300 Double Crunches
3 minutes Plank
Then:
Cool down
