Time Training

Morning Session:
Road Bike Training 10 miles for time
Then:
50 Pull-ups for time
Then:
Cool down and Stretch

Evening Session:
Dynamic Warm-up
Then:
4×50 Kettlebell Swings
Then:
KB Cleans
KB Jerks
KB Snatch
KB Squat
30 – 45 – 60 – 90 – 60 – 90 – 45 – 30 seconds with minimal rest.
Then:
5x Windmill +
5x Get-up +
5x Turkish Get-up
3 rounds in total
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
