Then:
10x 16kg OVH Squats Left
10x 16kg OVH Squats Right
10x 24kg OVH Squats Left
10x 24kg OVH Squats Right
10x 32kg OVH Squats Left
10x 32kg OVH Squats Right
10x 32kg OVH Squats Left
10x 32kg OVH Squats Right
10x 24kg OVH Squats Left
10x 24kg OVH Squats Right
10x 16kg OVH Squats Left
10x 16kg OVH Squats Right
50x Low Twisting Jump Lunges
Then:
Rest 3 minutes
Then:
5x2x16kg Anyhow Squats (each side)
10x Stride Jump Crossover (5 each side)
5x Kettlebell Crush Press-ups
5x Drop Push
5 rounds. Rest 60/90 seconds between rounds.
Then:
Cool down and Sun Salutation + Pranayam Yoga
