Hell why not I say. My guys weren’t all too please to hear that. What were they expecting on the last session of the year. It had to be challenging. I personally haven’t done it ever myself and so I wasn’t sure what really was entailed. Went down the AMRAP route… I think that is right. Thats what the Crossfit guys keep posting up. AMRAP this AMRAP that. Well anyhow, 300 Burpees for time before Christmas Holidays.

300 reps of 4 point or 6 point Burpees sounds like hell. And it really was. Lungs were burning for all around the half way mark. But like everything challenge its a mental battle not a physical. The victor at any sport or challenge is the ONE WITH A BAD-ASS ATTITUDE and the WILL TO CARRY THE FUCK ON, DIG DEEP & PUSH THE LIMITS OF WHAT IS POSSIBLE FOR ONESELF. The full team wasn’t present (boo-hoo) but here are the ones that completed it. I got my ass whooped and handed to me on the plate. I’m the sorry ass at the bottom of the pile.
