60 seconds work straight swap then 60 seconds rest once its all completed.
Complete 4 rounds
Then:
Dumbbell Complex:
Upright Row +
Stiff Legged Deadlift +
Cleans +
Squats +
Military Press
30 seconds per exercise followed by 60 seconds of rest between rounds
Complete 4 rounds
Then:
Ab Attack
20x Crunches +
60x Dead Cockroaches +
20x Leg Crunches +
60secs x Power Planks
Then:
Cool down, Stretch & Recover
