6.30am Workout – They say, “bring it on”. I say “Deck of Cards” anyone.
Dynamic Warm-up
Then:
1st 20 minutes Round
Diamonds = Press-ups
Hearts = Mountain Climbers
Spades = Jak Knife Deadlifts
Clubs = Reverse Crunches
All face (Jack, Queen and King) = 10 reps
Joker and Ace = 1min rest
Then:
3 minutes Rest
Followed by:
2nd 20 minutes Round
Diamonds = Pike Press-ups
Hearts = Jumping Jacks
Spade = Lunges
Clubs = Knee to Elbows Plank
All face (Jack, Queen and King) = 10 reps
Joker and Ace = 1min rest
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
