20 x Bastards to KB Clean and Press (alternate single arm) +
5 x Kettlebell Pistol Squat (Left & Right)
Complete 5 rounds
Then:
20 x Kettlebell Get-ups +
20 x Russian Twists +
5 x Windmills
Complete 5 rounds
Then:
Cool Down and Stretch out
