Then:
Tabata Protocol 8 sets, 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest. Move to the next exercise once 8 sets completed only 10 seconds rest permitted.
Squats
Back Extension
Neutral Grip Press-ups
Wrestlers Bridge
4 Point Drill (Wrestling)
Plank Hold
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
