Push-ups Plank with forward and backward Hops
Side to Side Wide Grip Push-ups
Cossack Squats/Lunges
Sit-outs/4 point drills
Scorpions with toe touch
Hands to Toes Stiff Legged Bodyweight Deadlift
Leg Swoops
30 seconds per exercise (6minutes of total work)
1/2 minutes rest periods between each round
Complete 6 rounds in total
