10x Ladder Drills – 20yard Dash
3 Rounds 30 seconds Rest between each exercise
Then:
Various Ladder Speed Drills
Rest periods between 30/90seconds
Then:
3x Partner Drag – Distance 70m
Rest 90seconds
Then:
Cool down with a light jog and Stretch
