Ring Pull-up +
6-Point Burpees +
Jumping Lunges
4 rounds 60 seconds per exercise with 60 seconds rest between round
Then:
High Scissor Kicks +
Low Scissor Kicks +
Leg Hold (6 inches off the ground)
60 seconds per exercise
60 seconds rest
Then:
Press-up Planks +
Mountain Climber Twists +
Plank Knee to Elbows
60 seconds per exercise
60 seconds rest
Then:
Dead Cockroaches +
Oblique Sliding Twists (Crunch with fingers to opposite heel) +
Oblique Crunches
60 seconds per exercise
60 seconds rest
Then:
Animal Drills
Leopard
Chicken Walk
Seal Walk
90 seconds per exercise 30 seconds rest per exercise
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
