Morning 5 minute Workout:
Press-ups +
Pull-ups
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10
Then go about your day till the evening session.

Evening session
Dynamic Warm-up
Then:
KB Swings
Donkey Kick Burpees
3 sets 45 seconds work 15 seconds rest
Followed by:
KB Goblet Squat
Tuck Jumps
3 sets 45 seconds work 15 seconds rest
Followed by:
KB Snatch
Sprinter Lunges
3 sets 45 seconds work 15 seconds rest
Followed by:
KB Cleans
Twisting Press-ups
4 sets 45 seconds work 15 seconds rest
Then:
KB TGU
Up-downs
4 sets 45 seconds work 15 seconds rest
Then:
Cool down
