Then:
Band Split Romanian Deadlift +
Band Bent Over Row +
Band High Pull +
Band Hammer Curls +
Band Squat and Over Head Press +
KB Swings +
KB Around the Worlds +
KB Figure 8s +
KB Front Squat or SOTS +
KB Windmills.
4 rounds/sets 60 seconds work per exercise (10 minutes in total) and 2 minutes rest in between rounds/sets

Cool down and Stretch
